Common questions
Can I use Caliber for free forever?
Yes. The free plan is not a trial. You get up to 10 credentials, 10 CME credits, a 25-document vault, basic expiration tracking, and AES-256 encryption with no time limit and no credit card required.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through our payment processor, Polar. Polar is our Merchant of Record and handles all billing securely.
Can I cancel my Pro subscription anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime from your account settings. You keep Pro features through the end of your billing period. Your data stays encrypted and accessible on the free plan.
Is my data safe on the free plan?
Absolutely. Every plan uses the same AES-256 encryption at rest and the same row-level security policies that scope database access to your authenticated account. Free or Pro, the storage and access controls are identical.
Do you offer team or organization pricing?
