Pharmacy credentialing has
too many moving parts.
State board vs BPS CE mismatch
Texas requires 30 CE hours every 2 years. BPS recertification requires 30 hours over 7 years. These cycles don't align, and hours that count for one don't always count for the other.
Caliber tracks your state board CE and BPS recertification requirements independently, with separate progress bars, deadlines, and alerts for each.
Specialty certifications pile up
BCPS, BCPP, BCCCP, BCACP — each BPS certification has its own 7-year recertification cycle with separate CE hour requirements and specialty-specific content mandates.
Each BPS certification is tracked as a separate credential with its own renewal timeline and CE requirements. No more confusing your BCPS deadline with your BCPP cycle.
Multi-state pharmacy licenses
Telepharmacy, mail order pharmacy, and travel between states means multiple pharmacy licenses, each with different CE content requirements and renewal schedules.
Caliber tracks each pharmacy license separately with state-specific CE requirements mapped automatically. You see both what's needed for each license and your total CE logged.
Immunization certificate tracking
APhA immunization certificates, AHA BLS, and influenza protocol certifications all have independent expiration dates. An expired immunization cert means you can't administer vaccines.
Snap a photo of any certificate. Caliber reads the expiration date and adds it to your tracker with a 90-day renewal alert — so no last-minute scramble.
Hospital credentialing packets
Health system pharmacists credential at hospitals alongside physicians and PAs. HR wants the same documents — license, board certs, immunizations — but rarely in the same format twice.
Generate a complete credential packet in one click. Pharmacy license, BPS cert, immunizations, and any other documents the facility requires, bundled and ready.
NABP e-Profile and CE tracking chaos
CE certificates spread across continuing pharmacy education portals, employer training systems, conference handouts, and email attachments. Finding the right credit in a renewal crunch is a nightmare.
Caliber centralizes everything. Upload certificates from any source and Caliber categorizes and totals them against all your active requirements.
Three steps. No paperwork.
State board, BPS, immunizations.
One profile for all of it.
Upload once. Caliber tracks every requirement, maps every CE credit, and alerts you before anything closes.
Questions pharmacists actually ask.
What CE does Caliber track for BPS recertification?
Caliber tracks the 30 contact hours required for each BPS recertification cycle (7 years for most specialties), as well as state board CE requirements that run on a separate schedule. CE logged in Caliber is applied against both your BPS and state requirements based on the type of credit.
My state CE requirements are different from my BPS requirements. Does Caliber handle both?
Yes. Most state pharmacy boards require CE on a 1-2 year cycle, while BPS recertification runs on a 7-year cycle. These rarely align. Caliber tracks each requirement set separately so you know your state license status and your BPS status independently, from one dashboard.
Does Caliber track NABP e-Profile CE transcripts?
Caliber lets you upload individual CE certificates and tracks them across your requirements. For NABP e-Profile integration, upload your transcript summary or individual certificates and Caliber categorizes them automatically.
I work in a hospital. Do I need additional credentials tracked?
Hospital and health-system pharmacists often carry additional certifications — BCPS, BCCP, BCCCP — each with their own recertification timelines. Caliber tracks each specialty certification separately, so a BCPS renewal doesn't get confused with your state board CE deadline.
What ACPE-accredited CE providers does Caliber support?
Caliber can parse CE certificates from any ACPE-accredited provider — APhA, ASHP, state pharmacy associations, online CE portals (CECity, ProCE, Pharmacy Times), and employer-sponsored programs. If there's a certificate, Caliber can read it.
How is my credential data secured?
AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS in transit. Your documents stay in encrypted storage and are never shared outside your approved sharing list.
I'm Mark, a PA-C in emergency medicine. I work alongside pharmacists every shift and see how much credential work sits on their plates on top of clinical responsibilities. State board CE, BPS recerts, immunization credentials — all with different timelines and different tracking systems. Caliber puts it in one place.
